You can reach us either by car or by public transport. Sedrun railway station is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Please note that during winter, access by car via Andermatt is not possible, as the Oberalp Pass is closed for the season.

Where can I park?
Eight designated parking spaces belonging to CRUNA LODGE are located next to the property on the main road towards Disentis. Additional public parking spaces are available nearby for a fee. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Is there a reception?
No. CRUNA LODGE operates entirely digitally and does not have a traditional reception desk. All important information regarding booking and check-in can be found on our page “24/7 Self Check-In: How It Works”.

What are the house rules?
Our house rules can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please read them carefully before your arrival.

Can I store my luggage before check-in?
Yes. Please contact us at +41 81 920 40 40 to arrange luggage storage.

Is there someone I can contact if I have questions or problems, for example regarding my room access code?
Yes. Although CRUNA LODGE operates without a traditional reception desk, we are happy to assist you with any questions or issues. You can reach us at +41 81 920 40 40. Our team at the partner hotel La Cruna will be pleased to help you with any matters related to your stay.

Can I check in without a smartphone?
No. As CRUNA LODGE operates entirely digitally, a smartphone, a valid email address and a telephone number are required for both booking and your stay.

Can breakfast be added to my reservation?
Breakfast can be booked at an additional charge at our partner hotel La Cruna. The hotel is only a one-minute walk from CRUNA LODGE and serves a regional breakfast buffet.

Advance reservation is required. Please note the hotel’s seasonal opening hours.

Is there a restaurant?
CRUNA LODGE does not have its own restaurant. Our partner hotel La Cruna features a restaurant serving seasonal and regional specialties. We recommend reserving a table in advance. Please note the seasonal opening hours of Hotel La Cruna.

Is there a wellness area?
No. We recommend a visit to the nearby indoor pool and wellness facility Bogn Sedrun.

Are dogs welcome?
Dogs are welcome at CRUNA LODGE and can be added to the reservation for a small nightly surcharge (food not included).

The Sedrun-Disentis region offers a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts, families and visitors looking for indoor options on rainy days. The area is particularly well suited for combining mountains, nature, outdoor activities and local culture.
