Your stay begins with ease and convenience. Book your room online, complete the online check-in before your arrival, and receive your personal access credentials directly on your smartphone. This allows you to arrive whenever it suits you, without waiting times and without a traditional reception desk.

1. Book

Choose your preferred room and book your stay directly online. Last-minute bookings are also possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Payment

Secure online payment

Pay for your stay directly during the booking process. This ensures that everything is taken care of before your arrival.

3. Booking Confirmation

All information delivered by email

Once your booking and payment have been successfully completed, you will receive your booking confirmation by email. One day before your arrival, we will send you all important information regarding your stay.

4. Online Check-In

Convenient and easy before arrival

Complete your online check-in conveniently before your arrival. This ensures that your details have already been registered, allowing you to travel directly to the lodge without having to complete registration forms at a reception desk.

5. Access

Arrive and go straight to your room

After successfully completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal access code on the day before your arrival. Please note that an access code can only be generated once the online check-in has been fully completed.

From 3:00 pm onwards on your arrival day, you can use your smartphone to access the CRUNA LODGE and your room directly, contactlessly, independently and without a key.

6. Check-Out

Depart with ease

On your departure day, you can leave conveniently without returning a key. Check-out is available until 10:00 am at the latest. Your access code will be automatically deactivated afterwards.
